SmartTHING has been named the winner of the 2026 Blackbaud Partner Network Innovator Award. The award was presented at bbcon 2026 in Columbus, Ohio, and Warren and Tim were there to collect it on behalf of the whole team.
Recognition from the Blackbaud Partner Network, and from the people at Blackbaud we work alongside, means a great deal to us. We are proud of it, and grateful for it.
What the award recognises
In Blackbaud’s words, the Innovator Award recognises our:
“Commitment to testing and learning from new capabilities, including collaboration and sharing feedback with Blackbaud, helping to shape solutions and outcomes that create greater value for our shared customers.”
Most of that work happens out of sight. When new capabilities arrive, our team tries them, works out what they mean for the not-for-profit organisations we support, and tells Blackbaud what we find. It is good to see that work recognised.
Our clients rely on Raiser’s Edge NXT as their fundraising system of record, and on us when data needs to move in or out of it. The earlier we understand what is changing, the better placed we are to help them make the most of it.
That is the point of the testing and the feedback: better outcomes for the organisations we and Blackbaud both serve.
Thank you
Thank you to the Blackbaud Partner Network team for the award, and to everyone at Blackbaud who has made time for our questions and our feedback. Thank you to our clients, whose ideas and candid feedback shape so much of what we do. And thank you to our team, whose more than twenty years with Blackbaud products is what makes that feedback worth having.
Missed us in Columbus
We will be at bbcon London 2026 at Convene 22 Bishopsgate. Come and say hello, or book a time with us in advance on our bbcon page.
