The data
Each Fundraise Up donation carries the donor, the gift, the campaign and the payment, and sometimes an employer or a tribute. SmartFUNDRAISEUP places each part on the right record, using the fields and defaults agreed during onboarding.
Donors are matched first by the Fundraise Up donor ID stored on their record, then by email, phone and address, so existing supporters are updated rather than duplicated. Only successful donations reach the flow: pending, failed and refunded transactions never create constituents or gifts. Which constituent code, fund, campaign, appeal and package to use are nominated during onboarding, and every constituent the integration touches receives a note recording what changed.

Donations reach Raiser's Edge NXT moments after they succeed, with no exports to clean and no imports to run.
Donors, employers and tribute acknowledgees are matched or created as constituents, so your giving history is complete.
A new plan becomes a recurring gift, and every later instalment lands as a payment against it.
Campaign, appeal, package and fund come from a mapping your team maintains, so routing decisions stay with the people who own them.
