Map it, with optional AI assistance

SmartIMPORT reads your file, you can then map the columns or optionally use our AI tool to propose the Raiser's Edge NXT field for each. Drag and drop, dictionaries and transformation rules are all still there when you want them.

Your data is processed

Whenever you add data to your file, the import process runs. Duplicates are taken care of automatically, and you can see details of all the steps taken in your logs.

Run on your schedule

Runs when you add data OR link it up to an add-on or webhook to have data processed automatically as it arrives.

So will SmartIMPORT do the job instead? This comes down to whether you want to build and maintain your integration (SmartIMPORT) or whether you want us to look after it (SmartSYNC). There is a little more in terms of differences such as, SmartSYNC integrations are tested, can be more complicated and tailored and support two-way synchronisation. However SmartIMPORT can do a lot and you can connect directly to apps for live integrations (like SmartSYNC) through SmartIMPORT addons and its standard webhook support.
