The integration
Every flow is a trigger in Eventbrite and an action in Raiser's Edge NXT. Here are some of the flows SmartEVENTBRITE can run for you, to give you a feel for what lands in your database when someone books.

They are matched to a constituent, or created as a new one
Name, email, address and phone are updated, and a constituent code of your choosing is added

The data
Each Eventbrite order carries the booker, the event, the tickets and the payment. SmartEVENTBRITE places each part on the right record, using the fields and defaults agreed during onboarding.
Bookers are matched by name and email before anything is created, so existing supporters are updated rather than duplicated. The answers to your Eventbrite booking questions travel across as participant booking options, so dietary needs and access requirements are on the record without anyone retyping them. Which constituent code, fund, campaign and appeal to use are nominated during onboarding.
The payoff
Bookings reach Raiser's Edge NXT as they are placed, with no exports to clean and no imports to run.
Bookers and their guests are matched or created as constituents, so your event history is complete.
Each Eventbrite event becomes a Raiser's Edge NXT event with its dates, capacity and description already filled in.
Registration fees land as gifts against your chosen fund, campaign and appeal, referenced to the Eventbrite order.
Check-ins at the door mark participants as attended, so follow-up and reporting start from real data.
