Prior to using the connector, updates and additions needed to be manually processed across both systems, which led to inefficiencies and data loss. The connector is a bi-directional sync, so now we can make an update in either system and see it nearly instantly reflected in the other. Last, the product also provides an Email Statistics tile where you can view how a constituent engaged with your emails, and it allows you to sync RE fields into Mailchimp, such as last gift date/amount to segment or customize your marketing materials.
