SmartMAILCHIMP experience – St Francis House

St Francis House used our SmartMAILCHIMP checklist to detail their requirements.  Once they had addressed their duplicate emails we then synchronised their information between Mailchimp and their RE CRM ensuring that both systems contained accurate information and automatically updated the records if any changes were made in either system.

"Our experience with the SmartTHING team and SmartMAILCHIMP has been outstanding. The company truly seems focused on creating well-thought-out services at feasible, transparent pricing, and the organization has a clear specialized knowledge of Blackbaud products. SmartMAILCHIMP has solved several key problems for our team. Prior to using the connector, updates and additions needed to be manually processed across both systems, which led to inefficiencies and data loss. The connector is a bi-directional sync, so now we can make an update in either system and see it nearly instantly reflected in the other. This has created a greater sense of confidence in our data, and we have seen an immediate return on investment in terms of time and direct revenue with our email marketing. Last, the product also provides an Email Statistics tile where you can view how a constituent engaged with your emails, and it allows you to sync RE fields into Mailchimp, such as last gift date/amount to segment or customize your marketing materials. Great product, and a great team. We will continue to look to SmartTHING for any other product solutions."
