** High usage & dedicated server options: High Usage allows additional traffic and processing in your SmartSYNC account. This can be required for clients with large data sets or complex processing to improve performance. High usage is included as standard on our Enterprise plan.A dedicated server is the same as our high-usage package but on your own SmartSYNC server located in any Microsoft Azure-supported location for use by only your account.

SmartSYNC operates in near real-time, eliminating the need for overnight updates.

There are a lot of advantages to this approach but most obvious to your users is that they don’t need to worry that the information they see in your applications is up to date, it always will be. Whichever system they are using.

Other advantages include data security; only CHANGED data transits the service, it is not stored for long and the service does not hold a full mirror of your datasets.
