How our pricing works

Simple, per app

One connector links one app to Raiser's Edge NXT. Each connector has its own annual subscription and a standard one-off set-up fee. Your price depends on the size of your database and how many apps you connect, with discounts as you add more.

Getting started

One set-up fee, the same for everyone

Every connector comes with our get-you-up-and-running service: three hours of specialist consultancy in which we configure it to your Raiser's Edge NXT environment, test it against your real data structures and switch it on with you.

It is the same fee for every client and every app, so you know it before you ask.

Training and re-boarding beyond the guides

Many configuration changes can be made yourself, free, using our guides. Where you would rather we did it, we will always quote before any work starts.
