If you have a business-critical integration that requires automatic data synchronisation with your CRM, talk to our team. We regularly build new app connectors.

All that is required is that your source and destination systems have an API (or webhooks) that we can use to pull or push data. If you are not sure if it does, please talk to your application support team or the SmartTHING team. They can investigate for you and recommend the best integration option for your needs.

New connectors are not expensive either. If we believe other clients will also use a connector, we can often discount the development for you. Typically, though, we look to add a one-off £1750 to the cost to cover development.
