Google Analytics 4 conversion guide updated
With Google pushing their clients onto Google Analytics 4 (GA4) we have a guide to allow you to easily transition your SmartTRACK data to this platform. SmartTRACK can push detailed information about Online Express Donation, Event, and Membership purchases as well as RENXT Donation purchases to GA4. It can also perform custom post-payment redirects and push tracking information into RE too along with the gift.

Support for DotDigital forms
You can now trigger data flows based on new submissions of your DotDigital forms. DotDigital forms allow you to add highly bespoke surveys, feedback and poll based forms to your website and now SmartSYNC allows you to push that information to your CRM, to custom emails, spreadsheets and any other of our 50+ connector endpoints.
