    Columns (all ten required): 'Campaign ID', 'Campaign', 'Appeal', 'Package', 'Fund', 'Checkout Question 1 Custom Field Name', 'Checkout Question 2 Custom Field Name', 'Checkout Question 3 Custom Field Name', 'Checkout Question 4 Custom Field Name', 'Checkout Question 5 Custom Field Name'.

    The first five columns drive CFAP routing. The last five map answers to up to five Fundraise Up checkout questions onto Raiser's Edge NXT custom fields. Leave any column blank that doesn't apply — do not omit it from the spreadsheet.
    Advised:
    • A gift subtype of 'FRU Donation' should be added (RE NXT > Settings > Tables > 'Gift Subtypes'). The connector stamps every gift with this subtype so SmartFUNDRAISEUP gifts are easy to filter and report on.
    • An alias type of 'FRU Donor ID' should be added (RE NXT > Settings > Tables > 'Alias Types'). The connector stores the Fundraise Up donor ID on the constituent record using this alias type so returning donors are matched instantly on their next gift.
    • A constituent notepad type of 'FRU Updates' should be added (RE NXT > Settings > Tables > 'Notepad Types'). Every change the connector makes is recorded as an audit note of this type, so database administrators can always see what the integration did.
    These three values are part of the connector's built-in contract with your database. They are not configurable per install — the form does not ask you to choose alternative names.

    The time zone gifts should be dated in. The connector converts the Fundraise Up UTC timestamp into this zone before writing the gift date. Use a tz database name (e.g. 'Europe/London', 'America/New_York', 'Australia/Sydney').
    The country applied when Fundraise Up doesn't supply one on the donor's address. Use the form your Raiser's Edge NXT installation expects (e.g. 'United Kingdom', 'United States', 'Canada', 'Australia').
    Two-letter ISO country code used to interpret phone numbers without an international prefix. The connector uses this to format mobile numbers correctly when writing them to Raiser's Edge NXT (e.g. 'GB' for United Kingdom, 'US' for United States, 'AU' for Australia).
    The Raiser's Edge NXT address type used when writing the donor's address.
    The address type used when writing addresses on employer (on-behalf-of) organisation records.
    The Raiser's Edge NXT email type used when writing donor email addresses.
    The Raiser's Edge NXT phone type used when writing donor phone numbers.
    The Addressee configuration ID applied to new constituents created by the connector. Find the ID under RE NXT > Constituents > Names > Salutations and Addressees.
    The Salutation configuration ID applied to new constituents created by the connector. Find the ID under RE NXT > Constituents > Names > Salutations and Addressees.

    Currency for gifts written to Raiser's Edge NXT(Required)
    Fundraise Up records both the donor's currency and a converted amount in your account's base currency. Choose which the connector should write to the gift. Most single-currency operations use base currency; multi-currency fundraising programmes typically prefer the donor's currency.
