It works with many CRMs, including Raiser’s Edge, Raiser’s Edge NXT, and Blackbaud CRM. Intelligent Record Matching: SmartIMPORT offers flexible search options to find existing records. You can choose to add and update records, add new records only, or update existing records only.
Automated Data Cleaning and Validation: SmartIMPORT has built-in tools to clean and validate your data and apply duplicate protection checks during import. For example, it can verify the validity of email addresses or format phone numbers according to a default region.

Enhanced Web Form and Application Integration: SmartIMPORT can now map data from web forms and other applications, such as Shopify, directly to Raiser’s Edge.
Automated Spreadsheet Population: The spreadsheet, which serves as the starting point for imports, can now be linked to a webhook, enabling incoming data to populate the sheet automatically and have that data imported immediately.
