When a new person tries to register on your website, SmartAUTH looks for a match in the database. If a match is found, it sends a signal to say ‘let this user in’. If no match is found, the user only has provisional access.
SmartAUTH can also return a profile of the user to the website, that profile containing the basic biographical, contact and employment details of the constituent. You can use this to populate your website user profile and ensure the user enjoys a ‘joined up’ experience.
SmartAUTH is highly configurable so can be customised to match each client’s security needs. You can configure which fields to use for your checks and even have different matching for different websites.
